What we do with your details.
This covers the information you send us through this website — the contact, careers and investor forms. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form, plus the file you choose to attach.
- Client enquiries — your name, email address, organisation and your message.
- Careers applications — your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the role you are interested in, anything you write about yourself, and your CV if you attach one.
- Investor enquiries — your name, email address, organisation and your message.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site, and we do not sell or share what you send us with anyone outside ECo Global Consulting.
Why we hold it
To answer you. A careers application is read by the people hiring for that role; an enquiry goes to the team who can respond to it. That is the whole purpose — there is no secondary use.
Where it is kept
On our own servers, not a third-party form service. A copy of each submission is also emailed to the relevant team so someone sees it promptly.
Every CV is scanned for malware when it arrives. Files are stored under a randomly generated name, are never published on this website, and can only be opened by someone logged in to our internal system. A file the scanner has not cleared cannot be downloaded at all.
How long we keep it
Until it is no longer needed for the enquiry or application it relates to, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Deletion is carried out by hand when requested; we do not currently run an automatic schedule.
Asking us to delete it
Email [email protected] and say what you sent and roughly when. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. We will confirm once it is done. You do not have to give a reason.
Which rules apply
We operate from the Philippines and Singapore, so the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act both apply to what we hold. If you believe we have handled your details badly, tell us first at [email protected] — and if that does not resolve it, you can raise it with the data protection authority in either country.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots. It runs in your browser and sends Cloudflare a signal about the interaction; it does not read what you typed into the form.
