As Founder and CEO, Elen has overall responsibility for the company’s growth as a preferred partner of premium consulting and ITO outsourcing services for Midas.
Elen started ECo Global Consulting, Inc. in July 2013, after having served Misys for 21 years in numerous positions. Her most recent post was her dual role as Director for both Midas Product Management and Product Development, leading a global team of over 200 personnel distributed across four (4) regional Misys centers. In this role, Elen led her team from strength to strength, evolving the Midas group in Manila from an offshore development centre to become the major Delivery Center for Midas, and contributing extensively to the growth of Manila as a main Center of Excellence of Misys.
Under her leadership, the Midas group successfully completed major Midas releases and client deliveries, together with the latest, most advanced release of the product, BankFusion Midas.
Elen created MUSiC – the Midas Upgrade Solution Centre, leveraging on the Manila CoE development expertise for implementation services. Elen also pioneered MiHUB – the online platform for Midas Customer Advisory Board and collaboration site for Midas customers, which served as the global framework for Misys CABs. On her last year as Director for Midas Product Management, Elen has doubled the revenue against target and has considerably increased customer adoption of BankFusion Midas to more than 40 sites globally.
Elen is a global citizen who has lived in 5 different countries and travelled to many others. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the Mapua Institute of Technology, Philippines and completed Certificate in Financial Markets at Securities Institute of Australia.
