360 Fit Finale: Cultivating Wellness at ECo Global

Print17 January, 2024

The wrap-up of the 360 Fit Awarding Ceremony on 17 December 2023, not only celebrates the victory of the Purple Team but also marks the end of our extensive wellness programs, which have played a key role in fostering a work-life balance culture among our dedicated employees.

Our year-long wellness program, which kicked off with sessions aimed at equipping employees with the knowledge and tools for healthier lives, set the stage for the 360 Fit competition. From informative nutrition workshops to rejuvenating yoga classes and more, these sessions provided practical fitness advice and offered opportunities for colleagues to connect in a relaxed and holistic setting.

Throughout the 12-week journey with 360 Fit that commenced on 08 September 2023, the steadfast commitment and infectious enthusiasm shown by teams—Purple, Yellow, Green, Orange, Blue, and Red—along with the impactful wellness sessions before the 360 Fit competition, have solidified this initiative as a resounding success.

As part of the awarding ceremony, members of the participating teams were awarded numerous prizes based on their ranking. The top three teams - Purple, Yellow and Green - received trophies, fitness apparel, and cash prizes. The remaining teams were also awarded with prizes, emphasizing our commitment to recognizing and rewarding dedication to wellness across all levels. Additionally, individual awards were recognized during the ceremony, with each recipient receiving a token of appreciation for their dedication to personal wellness:

Most Body Fat Percentage Loss – Cleo Penanueva and Ryan De Veyra
Most Number of Steps – Arlene Nellasca and Marvin Morante
Most Improved Functional Movement Screening – Arlene Nellasca and Billie Joe Nob

Reflecting on the success of the 360 Fit program and the preceding wellness sessions, it's clear that this initiative has significantly enriched our workplace culture. We're excited to carry this momentum forward and explore more activities that contribute to making ECo Global Consulting a community with a shared commitment to being a Great Place to Work.
